October 24, 2011 --- We are pleased to announce that
Collateral Verifications LLC
is now the provider of Used Prices and Monthly Lease Rates for our
FleetStatus.
FleetStatus started as a small database back in April 2009 providing only orders, deliveries and list prices of commercial
aircraft. In September 2009, we greatly expanded its content by adding used prices and monthly lease rates (provided by
AVAC).
In February 2011, we started posting the numbers of stored, written-off and scrapped aircraft as publihsed by airlinerlist.com.
As of today, Collateral Verifications will provide Used Prices and Monthly Lease Rates and will update them in January, May
and September of every year. This data is based on the latest edition of the
Turbine Aircraft Guide
which is published by Collateral Verifications and provides the following for various commercial jet aircraft:
1. Current and future values for each year of manufacture.
2. Monthly lease rates for each year of manufacture.
3. Expected maintenance costs for each aircraft type.
The Turbine Aircraft Guide data is derived from Collateral Verifications' own proprietary transaction databases.
