January 12, 2010 --- In an effort to further improve the quality of our availability listings, we enhanced the techniques we use to stop non-mandated listings from entering our databases. We have updated our Disclaimer to clarify our policy on this issue and also added appropriate comments in relevant pages of myairlease.com. We have also completed a campaign to communicate all these changes to the companies listing their availability in myairlease.com and also to all the recipients of our bi-weekly Availability updates e-mails.

We will continue to monitor closely all our availability listings and proceed with further actions if such are required.
